How does the matching work?

You submit a request. We review your criteria, radius and the cities where there are already enough suitable players. Based on that, we add you to the right WhatsApp group. If your city is currently too small, we can offer you a group in the nearest larger city or you can wait until there are enough requests for your location.

When can I start playing?

It currently usually takes one to two weeks until we can add you to a suitable group. Depending on the city and demand, it can also be faster.

How do matches in the groups work?

The groups are informal WhatsApp groups. You coordinate when and where you want to play and which court you will meet at. Court booking is usually handled by someone in the group, often through Book & Play or Playtomic. Playtomic also offers useful options to split the amount between all players.

Can I change my level or city later?

Yes. You can contact us any time if your playing level changes or if you would prefer a different city group. We will adjust your matching accordingly.
