Meet the founders
We are Sofinias and Felix, both 30, from Hanover and Berlin. Sofinias works in online marketing and social media. Felix works in business development for tech start-ups and previously managed projects for large companies as a consultant, including numerous workshops with DAX 30 executives.
Our professional lives sit exactly where structure, performance and working well with people matter.
02 · Experience
Experience earned beyond the brochure
For us, Workations are not a concept from a brochure. They are part of how we work and travel. Together, we bring 25 years of travel experience across roughly 70 countries, a number that surprised even us when we first added it up.
Most of those trips were with small groups of three or four, but we have also organised more complex journeys for 10 to 12 people, including the first Elevation Padel trips.
Among our friends, we were always the ones who ended up organising the trip. We know first-hand what makes a group holiday work and what turns a Workation into a genuinely productive experience.

We want to share that experience with as many people as possible.
What is often missing
Many Workation offers miss the essentials: reliable internet, enough proper workspaces and private areas for important calls. Sometimes, the right people to share the experience with are missing too.
What a group makes possible
A well-matched group also makes exceptional villas and locations possible that would be difficult to find or afford alone.

We have organised countless holidays with friends. Felix especially enjoys shaping a trip and bringing a group together so that everyone leaves having had a great time.
That same personal attention is central to Elevation Padel. We listen, adapt to the group and remain approachable throughout the journey.

Why Padel
We have both always loved sport and independently discovered Padel as a new passion. It is easy to start, progress comes quickly and the first moments of success rarely take long.
We have introduced many friends to the game and noticed the same thing each time: Padel brings interesting people together and creates an easy, social atmosphere.
Some of our strongest connections began through sport.

What makes Elevation different
Substance rather than a race to the bottom
There are already Padel retreats and camps on the market. We did not want to compete on price alone. Our aim is to make the trips accessible while giving them a meaningful structure and a clear concept. What you take home should continue to matter, personally and professionally.
We travel with every group
We join every trip and look after the group personally on location. Wherever you are in life, our experience can offer a useful perspective. And honestly, we are just as excited to meet interesting people and learn from you.
We are at a point in life where we keep asking ourselves: what could be better than spending time in remarkable places with people who share the same passions? We cannot think of much.
